Scam?

Hello,
I'm planning on heading out to SE Asia to both get my TOSEL certification and then teach in late July/early August of 2011. Has anyone out there heard of the Overseas Teaching Network or of Dan Hover? Can someone confirm for me that this is a legitimate business before I pay any money.
If anyone knows of other great programs that would help with my certification that would be greatly appreciated! I'm excited and could use any advice you have to offer.
