Weekly English Lessons for Spanish Press

Hello everyone: I may have an opportunity to write a weekly English language lesson in a Spanish language newspaper. I am aware of other newspapers in countries outside the USA that provide this service. Can anyone provide:
1. A website or data base with samples of weekly English lessons.
2. A website or data base with the names of newspapers that publish weekly English lessons.
3. Any literature on the subject.
