English pronunciation for speakers of Indian English

I am interested in specialising in helping speakers of Indian English (from different parts of India - there are many different accents) to speak with more of a New Zealand English accent. Certainly in this country, many people find some Indian accents all but impossible to understand. I have two questions:
Can anyone recommend a good textbook or other resource on the topic of making Indian English easier for others to understand?
Secondly, can anyone recommend a suitable short reading passage which will highlight the most common differences / difficulties, for the purposes of an initial student assessment? I was about to make one up myself, incorporating what I already understand of the main differences in phonology, stress, and intonation, when it occurred to me that such a tool probably exists already.
