Do you know any good methods of practice pronunciation? It makes me fell very frustrated. I am looking for your reply. thanks

Get them to repeat after you. Unless you have a thick Glaswegian accent!

get them more native-english input~~if what they heard is sooo poor english how could we expect they speak out nice one?

Teaching Pronunciation

The problem with some schools, especially the under funded rural schools is the kids just have local teachers. They might be dedicated and caring but their own pronunciation leaves a lot to be desired. In these cases I would think poor pronunciation is intractable because that is what they have learned. A teacher on another ELT blogsite says his kids have excellent pronunciation because he teaches phonics right from the start. I have had a quick look at some of the phonics material and I reckon if you had the time to look into it and teach it properly the results would show.
It's good for adults too. If I get the time I will definitely research phonics.
