US Postcard Exchange--great project for your class this fall

Post by asmaln » Mon Jul 11, 2005 3:48 pm

I'm starting a postcard exchange for this fall. The way it works is 50 classes, one from each US state and DC, participate. Each class writes a postcard to each of the other classes, and we all send the postcards out the same day. In return your class receives 50 postcards.

There are a lot of great lessons on writing and geography you can teach using this as a springboard, and the students love this project!

I've got people signed up from FL, TX, MN, and NC so there is still plenty of room for other states. This will be for middle and high school classes.

Post a reply or email me directly at [email protected] for more info.
