summer programs or tutoring

I am a new ESL teacher in Columbus, Oh and want to find some free or inexpensive programs for my ESL students from Iraq and Saudi Arabia for over the summer. I tried the Columbus metropolitan library but they don't have anything specific for ESL. Any suggestions on where to look are greatly appreciated!!
