classroom intercultural communication via Skype

To motivate my stundents in learning English I'd like to organize classroom intercultural communication via Skype in two formats:
1) class to a teacher representing other then our (Russian) culture; I could communicate with the teachers' stdents in return if we find appropriate time for both sides;
2) class to class.
I have got students aged from 10 (second year of learning English) to 16 (with very different levels of English - from close to zero to quite good)
