Hi all,
The high school I am currently teaching at does not offer Drama as a subject for their students.
I would like to start up an English Drama Club for students who are interested but I am unsure of how to begin.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you,
Ainz

Hello
I set up such a club in my school last year and as far as I remeber we started off with a series of drama warm ups (found in the net) and a general discussion on the students' preferences. We discussed a number of issues connected with what a good play is, characterisation, acting, movement etc. We made some posters (kind of project), short improvisation exercises, role-plays, and after a few meetings I suggested a number of plays that we might prepare.
If you want to know more, i'd be glad to write to you
