help! class organization in secondary school

help! class organization in secondary school

I will be a teacher in september and I know the organization of classes is very important. But since I do not have much expercience about that, so I'm really worried about it. Do you have any ideas , suggestions, hints etc.about it? I need your help :) thank you very much
