in need of help

I was just informed that I will be teaching a secondary ESL class this year with students from different levels. I have taught Spanish for the past 7 years, and although am certified in ESL, have never really taught a ESL class.
I wondered if anyone had any good advice or a starting point. I dont even know where to begin, and my district is providing no money for any resources.
I have been looking at different websites for the past week and it is all so overwhelming.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
