penpals or student exchange

I'm a teacher of English from Poland and I'm looking for penpals or keypals for my 13 - 16-year-old students. We'd also like to take part in student exchange and I'm looking for a partner school. We've already had some experiences in student exchange and we're looking forward to the others! Any suggestions?
