Recommended texts for j/s high school?

A few years ago, I taught at a high school that uses Cambridge English for Schools, a monolingual four-skills textbook for EFL. Cambridge has a good introduction to it here - http://www.cambridge.org/elt/ces/

For the most part, the children liked the content and we teachers found that the book was well supported with audio, workbook and teachers' guide resources.

Can anyone recommend a similar textbook, aimed at middle years teaching four skills EFL? I'd like to compare, see what my choices are.
