High school discipline in Korea

I have recently started teaching Conversational English to Grade 2 High school students- that would be Grade 11 in Canada(a junior in America). Any tips of how to control the classes(there are about 40 to 45 students per class). I have taught for two years before in hogwans but never in the public school system

Hi Erin! Have you read the sticky thread at the top of this Sec.School Ed forum? Or tried a search for 'discipli*' or 'management' ('manag*' etc)? (The asterix is for "wildcard" searches, that will increase the number of resulting matches).
Then, a member called 'megaclom' had some "interesting" views relatively recently, to which Sally Olsen (always a valuable contributor in relation to such issues) responded.
Just trying to direct you to (ways of finding) the wealth of previous discussion!
