Tracking topics covered in lessons

Post by benny1380 » Wed Nov 04, 2015 11:10 am

Hi, this may be a long shot as this forum doesn't seem to have many replies.

I have many students throughout the week.

I want to know what software or tactics you use to keep track of what you have taught each lesson. So I don't have to try to remember or look back through the books to refresh my mind.

So for example I currently record everything on Excel. I have the group name, date and work covered. Any homework set and and additional comments. With over 100 students a week this has quickly become messy and I'm sure there must be a better system out there.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks

Ben

British Columbia and Ontaro, Canada have special programs for teachers. You could contact their ministries of education to see if they would allow you to use the programs.
