Site help

I can't get on the Korean Forums. I can't seem to find any links that take you to registration, and trying to login with a new name just brings back failure. I was able to create this account, but it seems that it only works over here and not in the Korean Forums login. I am thoroughly mystified at how something so simple as finding the registration area has just wasted 2 hours of my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
