English lip reading for an Italian

I have an Italian friend, living in Italy, who learnt English some years ago as a student, but only written English. He is a lawyer and is considering moving to the UK, but needs to master lip reading in English. Can anyone suggest any courses either in Italy, or maybe an intensive course held in the UK?
