Starting out from scratch

Post by Steve2000 » Fri Jun 03, 2016 9:15 pm

Hi Guys,
I have the opportunity to take a CELTA course in the near future.
I intend to use this course as a means to support myself in other countries and to teach English as a career.

Would this be a suitable path into teaching englihs aborad?

I currently do not hold a degree. However, I do hold some higher education certificates in my home country (England).

I intend to teach in Europe, and plan to teach on a 1-2-1 basis untill I gain some expereince.

Can anyone shed any light on my intentions? should I do anything different? and if so, what would you recommend?
