ANYONE FROM ETS HERE?
If so, I just wanted to see if it is possible to request in mass quantity your TOEFL/TSE application forms for the Philippines. We are having a hard time dealing with ETS Philippines, who apparently, is so scared that the applications are being sold, deprive the students interested to take the exams by having them mail a request for the application along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to receive the application. This alone takes too much time, especially with the mail system in the Philippines (more than 2-3 weeks). FYI, the British Council and IDP Education Australia makes it so simple to acquire their IELTS applications. Please advise accordingly. Thanks
