Ba of Ed. in ESL Degree - On-Line

Hello,
I have been really thinking about taking a Ba of Ed. in ESL on-line. I am thinking of taking it though International TESOL College which is based in Arizona (from what I understand). The web site is: www.internationaltesolcollege.org
I am wondering if anyone went though this program which is on-line and accredits you for past achievements and experience.
Please let me know what you thought of it and let me know if it is worth it. Does it really count when going overseas, or to another country as a BA of Ed or a 4 year degree program.
I am from Canada and pan on going overseas and this would be very helpful.
