Best TEFL/TESOL Certificate Program for University Job

Greetings. A couple of survey queries here. First, what is the best/most pretigious TEFL certificate program one can take for teaching TEFL/TESOL in a university setting? Second, would it be significantly more advantageous to take a Cambridge CELTA program (about $2000.00 USD more than most other programs) than say an Oxford TEFL - is the additional tuition cost really worth it? Keep in mind that I have 2 years of TEFL/TESOL experience in private academies.
