Everyone,
KOTESOL will have its Spring National Conference on Saturday, May 13, at Hoseo University’s Cheonan campus in Cheonan.
National Conference is a one day event with 40+ presentations, workshops and forums. There will be two plenary speakers, Dr. Paul Nation & Dr. Sei-Kyung Cho. Featured speakers include: Caroline Linse, David Paul, Thomas Santos, and Gye Hyung Yoo. And let us not forget this presenter and topic:
Seung Ku Park - "Helping Korean Students Prepare for the iBT TOEFL"
Dozens of other speakers on other topics will also be present.
From April 10th - 30th there will be active links from the Conference site. You may access the National Conference Site, which is here:
http://www.kotesol.org/nationalconference/2006/
Pre-Registration for members is only 10,000 won, 15,000 won for non-members.
On-Site Registration fees are 20,000 won for members, 25,000 won for non-members. Students pay only 10,000 won at any time.
Can’t go, because I work on Saturdays, but I would go, and so should you, if you’re in Korea. It's going to be an excellent conference!
