Teaching in korea...and I want to study korean

Hey there, I am teaching in korea for my second time, but my first time in the seoul area, I live and work in bundang...although I visit jamsil/songpa area pretty much daily.
...I'm basically looking for free/cheap korean language/conversation lessons in these areas (I can read hangul but my vocabulary sucks)
I used to work in Busan and there were such classes there, I have searched for a while in seoul but to no avail.
I'm not sure if this is the right forum but i couldnt find a more approprite one, if it's waaay off topic, you have my sincere apologies (please point me in the right direction)
I am also looking for advice on driving classes to obtain the korean car licence, also in the same areas.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
