TEFL IN ALEXANDRIA

Hi!
I was thinking of taking the TEFL course in alexandria before going off to Cairo. I don't have a job lined up for teaching English - would it be difficult to land one in the 4 weeks ill be in alexandria? Also - any schools anyone would recommend? I can't find a lot of language schools for adults. Thank you!
