Hi,
Does anyone know of any programs where I can stay in Japan to earn my TEFL certificate for this summer? I see programs in Thailand, Phillipines, China, etc. but nothing for Japan. Any help is appreciated.

Training in Japan
The British Council are running the CELTA in Japan. (TEFL training certified by Cambridge University)

The thing is Japan is expensive and so most of the courses would be designed for people already in the country... Also doing a TEFL course won't give you any time to see the sights during the course itself.
If you want to visit Japan it might be cheaper to do the TEFL course in South East Asia and then use the money saved to have a nice holiday in Japan.
