I am sure this has already been asked, but I am planning an intermediate level EFL course in China - I need some basic information on the TOEFL exam, such as the layout, questions, and if possible, what students should leave an intermediate class with in regards to knowledge (grammar, vocab, skills, strategies) they will need for the TOEFL.

See this site for TOEFL Preparation. There are a nice explanations and good TOEFL iBT Overview. There are also some nice TOEFL practice materials that might be of help.
