The U.S. Department of State (DOS) Office of English Language (OELP) invites interested individuals, institutions, or firms to submit a proposal for producing an English as a Foreign Language Teacher Training Video. The deadline for receiving questions is July 26, 2004, and the deadline for receiving proposals is August 25, 2004.

Is anyone interested in this? I have extensive background in teacher training, materials development, video and radio production, CALL, and EFL. I have a MA in TESOL and a NC teaching license. I also speak Chinese and have lived and taught in Asia at all levels K-12 as well as university and adult. This is a big project and I am particulary interested in development rather than production.
