class action lawsuit berlin germany

Post by hallo » Tue Nov 29, 2005 5:44 am

i am looking for teachers based in berlin germany who have had problems getting payment from their schools. i am specifically looking for teachers who have worked with a school whose name starts with an "A". i am interested in organizing teachers to put together a lawsuit. i think that it is deplorable that these schools regularly fail to pay their teachers. and the only way to make the pattern stop is to take the offender (s) to court.

I'm pleasantly surprised that there are still people out there like you!

People laughed when a single lawyer decided to take on the tobacco giants. Nobody thought he'd ever win, but he did.

Two British individuals got sued by McDonald's for handing out leaflets about the company's pratices. It turned into the longest court case in British history and although they didn't win, it launched a concerted effort by hundreds of groups against the friendly, cuddly, deadly clown.

I think taking on one or two English schools in Germany will be a breeze compared to that. Come on English teachers in Berlin! If you've been ripped off, don't take it lying down... give 'em hell and hit them where it hurts. If you stand united and don't give up after a few bumps in the road, you can achieve so much for so many people - every school in the land will sit up and take notice and realise that there are laws and teachers there who'll use them.

Keep up the wonderful work and I wish you every success in your endeavours.
