Hello.
I am going to prepare for my graduate thesis about the English teachers eduation.. Now I don't know it it's a good topic because I don't have enough materials about it. If I can get your advice and some materials , I'll be very apperiated.

What is your graduate degree in? If you are interested in English Teacher Education, you may want to focus it a bit. English teachers where? for what purpose? There are plenty of web sites for TEFL degrees that will describe their programs and give you some ideas.

I work in the Teachers Education Center as a headteacher in China, But I am in terested in the topic about English teachers ' education. I taught English about 5 years ago, But now I don't know the new problems in the English teaching, I want to chose this topic as my thesis , actually it's not easy for me, first I don't know if it's a good choice.

Is that teacher's training?
I also agree that you have to narrow down your topic, for example where? and what kind?
There's also different English teaching training, there are courses for native teachers and there's also Professional Training for non-native students.
I would be happy to help you if you're interested in researching teacher training in Chile.
