Post by morpheus » Sat Feb 24, 2007 7:38 am

hi, could any one help me in answernig these questions

1. What are the characteristics of the child’s home literacy experiences?
2. How literacy is considered as social and cultural practice, and what are the impacts of social and cultural practices on family literacy?
3. What are the characteristics of the child’s school literacy experiences?
4. How are home and school literacies similar or dissimilar?
5. How are the interactions between home and school characterized?
6. In what ways and to what extent did the school invite parents to engage in literacy events and activities?

It would seem to me that you have to go to a school in your area and ask the kids and parents. Just type in children's literacy in Google and you will have a North American view of the questions but that doesn't seem to cover what is required.

Do you realize that you are in the teacher's discussion forum? I am an English teacher and I would greatly appreciate you using a little more standard English in your writing, not email conventions. There is an excellent student forum on Dave's.
