E-2 visa problems

Hi,

I was have a valid degree and transcripts. I recently applied for an E-2 visa and was denied. I have had E-2 visas before. I was denied because I wascought working illegally last year. I did not know the rules and laws and my director told me all I needed was the visa number. Anyways, I was fined 2 million won wich I paid. I want to stay in Korea and teach. What can I do about this problem? Are there any oother visas I can get?
