teaching at Chinese universities

Post by delwyn » Mon Jan 07, 2008 10:22 pm

Anyone out there teach at a Chinese university? How do you make it interactive with such big classes? Do the students think they're too old to be playing games? Is it hard to motivate them? I'm thinking about teaching at a university, but it's completely different from the usual language school kind of class, which is what I'm used to.

This is a perennial problem... Try the following thread which helped some other teachers with the same problem a lot.

I think it offers most of the answers that you are going to find to help.
