Brain Training -- not just for Esl...

There was no other spot for this question but I’ve been dabbling in a program for seniors at the community college level, and as such I’m looking into some brain training programs (actually, the department head as more or less put me in charge of the project...lucky me....). I’m told a lot of other similar programs do this as a standard practice; but frankly I don’t have much experience with that side of education.
