looking for a lightning fast teacher training program

Hello:
I am going to be starting a new free ESL program for adults at a non-profit agency that will be taught by volunteers. I am looking for a very brief training program that I can offer the teachers. It would have to be a very quick overview of ESL teaching techniques and pointers that I can give them in a couple of hours. A Power Point presentation comes to mind, or something like that. I realize that in a couple of hours we’d only be scratching the surface, but it’s the best we may be able to do for starters. Any ideas or resources would be greatly appreciated.
