What Masters degree qualifies you for teaching @ University?

Hi,

I graduated with my B.S. in Psych in may 2012. I have been doing Teaching Assistant and now substituting full time in the US (Native). I am interested in teaching abroad and I have a few questions.

From what I have read it seems that University positions in foreign countries are usually pretty desirable? With classroom hours, workload, pay, organization, all things considered.

Usually the requirement for these jobs is a Masters correct? What type of Masters is necessary, just a Masters in Education? Nothing specific usually required?

Ok and on to my next question:

Are there any Ese (Special Ed.) TESOL jobs available overseas? I am passionate about working with ESE kids (Autism especially interest me), and I would like to combine this passion with my thirst for travel abroad.

Thanks for any and all help!!!
