Teaching ADULTS: exchange of ideas of lesson materials

Hi all,

I am an ESL teacher in The Netherlands. I am teaching adults. Most of my materials come from Internet sites. I also develop a lot myself.
My question: wouldn't it be a good idea to talk about ideas or the exchange lesson materials?

Actually, if you read through these Forums, you will find a lot of ideas about teaching. Sometimes I've sent someone actual parts of lessons, but that is usually through Private Messages and e-mail. It's easier to respond if someone has a question about a particular area (how to teach something, whether it be a skill or a topic) than just a general question.

I would like to build a serious discussion revolving around just what a complete language program involves. I think the initial question to start what your are talking about is what is it we are trying to achieve?

I would love to share all that I have in the way of lessons. I think we can all improve if we contribute. English teaching needs it.

I work with mainly adults but the lessons I develop work well with children too. I look forward to watching this discussion grow.
