If you were actually speaking, I don't think anyone would even notice the difference. But if you were looking for absolute precision in writing, I think it could work this way:
"most" is adverbial, and refers to your "liking"; "best" is usually used adjectivally, and would refer to "it" - in fact, we'd often say "I like it the best of all". So it would partly depend on what you want to emphasise.

But even as I write, I know that we can say, "I like it the most" (writing formally, we usually use "the" in the superlative).

So, I'm really only posting this to see if we can stir a reply from someone who can give you a more reliable answer - if, in other words, it really matters! :?: :?:
