Warmers for adult classes

Hi there

Do any of you have any tried-and-true 5 to 10 minute warm up games/activities for adult classes?

Most of my students come to my class after work and so have been speaking their native language all day. A brief activity to gear them up for 2 hours of speking English would be great. I don't think the "silly" warmers I do with my kids and teens classes would go over too well. Any ideas?

I have had adults playing all sorts of kids games. You would be suprised how much a silly games sounds good to an adult who works all day and wants nothing more than to relax.
