Volunteer Teacher looking for help

Hello, I am volunteering at my church, teaching English to three Korean's--two can speak and read English quite well, and one mostly uses the other two to interpret.
There are three different classes offered (beginner, intermediate and advanced) but the two in my class are not quite ready to move up.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I have played hangman (with some success) and have been working on some simple things. I am not a teacher although I have had experience in directing sports camps for youths.
I enjoy working with people which is why I have volunteered and I do not want to give up. I am finding it extremely dificult and could use any ideas. Thanks
