Looking for University staff member in UAE

Hi,
I know someone who recently moved to the UAE to teach and to counsel students at a University. I have emailed a couple Universities, in hopes of finding her, but only a few of them reply. I really want to find her because I am coming to the UAE next March and I would feel sad if I missed an opportunity to visit with her. Any ideas?
