What do you like best/least about teaching in the classroom?

I am throwing out a big question here, to get feedback in what ever natural shape and form it may come in, and the question is......:
what do those of you who teach adults in a classroom like about this particular format? What are the biggest struggles?
For me, I have just begun to teach adult- ESL as a private tutor. So far, I have enjoyed it- it encourages me to focus, which I find good for a peace of mind. Also, when an adult learns I find their satisfaction to be heartening. It is a unique sort of joy- since it is not easy to come by.
But these sort of interpersonal responses are not as definitive in a classroom I am sure! Or maybe they are- what is? What are the skills necessary for leading a classroom of adults? What are the defining sentiments? What is the foundation?
