According to my grammar book, "candy" is considered as an uncountable noun.
"two pieces of candy" is correct rather than "two pieces of candies". But don't we say "I want two candies."?

I personally still can't say, "I want two candies." I have to say "I want two pieces of candy." Then again, I'm from the dark ages, so most likely things have been changing in the last 50 years
