Hello, everyone!
I’m a university English teacher in China. I’m eager to begin a project which I have planned for a long time. In this project, I need some partners who have some students of native speakers of English. We can arrange our students to talk online through microphone once or twice each week. I prefer to find a partner in Australia because of the time zone. We can give students some topics to talk in their spare time as an extracurricular activity. In this project, I hope to prove that talking online with native speakers can improve students’ spoken English and also can help students to know more about other cultures and learn communicating skills.
I have about 60 students, aged about 20 but we don’t care about the difference of age. My students have learned English for more than 7 years. They are eager to begin the project right now. If you are interested in it, please contact me at: [email protected]
Thank you!
Song Yulin

Same Age Students in Okinawa
Hi, Song Yulin,
I teach about 60 20 year old 1st and 2nd year college and university students in Okinawa. One college does not have ICU and IRC capabilities, but the other university does have such capabilities. I do have training and CALL, and I would be excited about getting mystudents involved in a project.
However, the head professor of CALL at the university will not let teachers use CALL without taking special training through him. If you can wait, and I can prove my expertise, I'm sure my students would be willing to find out about China.
For the time being, we have a forum at:
