English Pen Pals

Post by Adele Perron » Thu Mar 23, 2006 3:51 am

Hello,
I am teaching English in a Taiwanese Junior High School. I would love to find pen- pals for a couple of my grade seven classes (social study classes). There is approximately 30 students in each class. I have tried setting up an e-pal system and it does not work so well. I would like to like to write the old fasioned way - on paper- and send the letters through the mail.
You can contact me by e-mail, though.

E-pals

Post by leonpalmer » Fri Jun 02, 2006 3:37 pm

HI there, yes I want to do the same thing for a project my students will be doing from September.

My students are aged 16-18, study in London and are Asylum seekers from all over the world.

Can theysend your students emails asking them about the town they live or study in. They would ask questions about the weather, local attractions, festivals, sports, food etc.

Your students can ask my students about any topic you want.

Is that OK?
