My friends are setting up a new college soon but they are facing the problems of formulating the credit ( grading as well as the hours of alloction for lecture and tutorials )system. Though they have referred to many universities and colleges in the world, still could not make it out as some universities have the same credits but different lecture hours.
Please help to refer to documentation whether online or in print of the formulating the system so that they can get it right.
