I'm doing some research on post-secondary ESL or IEP programs in the South. Does anyone have any info on criteria for evaluating these programs? I'd like to go a little deeper than the percentage of students passing the TOEFL, and look at administration, PD for teachers, marketing, etc.
I've been searching for journal articles that might list strategic factors or criteria for evaluation, but have found none. Any ideas?
