Job prospect inquiry from M.A. in Counseling TEFL student

I am an American and have my M.A. in Counseling, B.S. in Psychology and will be obtaining my TEFL to teach in S. Korea later this year.

I've worked in social service for over ten years and have run my own vocational school for five in the US.

What do the job prospects in the TOEFL field look like with my credentials if I want to come back from Korea after working there a year as a teacher and then work in the US?
