New English School in London

Hi There,
My name is Nathan. I come from London, England.
My friend and I are going to start up new English school in NW London.(Not Central).
This is an affluent area and many students from Europe come in summer to study English.
We would like to ask you guys for ideas and advice.
We have the premises sorted already and at present some week end and evening classes are running.
Next stage is turning it into a daytime school.
We need advice on
1. what courses to run
2. recruiting new students and staff
3. time table
4. what fees to charge
5. regulations
6. how to retain students
