Looking for an experienced ESL team member

We are a web-based online ESL teaching/learning company. We are looking for an experienced teacher with the following credentails:

* Must be a native English speaker
* Over 5 years experience in ESL/EFL teaching
* Current or prior university professorship is a plus

Hmm, interesting idea. However, it seemed to me that none of the three teachers currently listed are native speakers.
