Japanese Eikaiwa Holidays

I am in the process of setting up an English language program for the Japanese market.
I am an experienced EFL teacher, with good Japanese (graduate) and a strong command of the language in my 'adopted' country.
Can you advise me (be gentle, this is my first posting on here!) as to whether you think that Japanese adult students ( and maybe their student children) would enjoy a holiday in a well-featured holiday destination with their days split between sightseeing and English classes? The courses would be aimed at a specific level for each weeks holiday and classes would consist of no more than 6 students.
The idea being the mornings would be spent 'in the classroom' and the afternoons spent visiting historical/cultural sites, trying the local cuisine etc. These activities would all be a in 'third' language country but conducted in either Japanese or English (dependant on their level).
Any suggestions? Hints? Constructive comments? Marketing ideas? I am about to contact all my old contacts in Japan to start the ball rolling for a start date of early June.
Thanks!
