School Assessment

Post by jmackinnon » Wed Jul 05, 2006 9:30 pm

I am involved with an ESL program in Nova Scotia, Canada. This program places International Language Learners in Public Schools and has enjoyed a great deal of success and growth.
I am interested in identifying and quantifying school programs which lead to positive learning environments. My goal is to create a formula that can identify, using a number of variables, a schools ability to "host" students. Ideally I aim to provide schools with a way of assessing their ability to host students, decide an "ideal" number of participants and what "programs" a school could adopt to best host students. Any help or inquiries would be welcomed.
